St. Nicholas parade and Christmas market in Marienborn

Anyone arriving in Marienborn on the first weekend of Advent is immediately greeted by a warm, almost family atmosphere, which gives the Christmas market its very own character. The square in front of the Catholic parish church in Borner Grund is festively decorated by the local council. Stalls with delicious mulled wine and Christmas punch, pancakes and waffles as well as classic bratwurst alternate with stalls where you can buy homemade Christmas decorations, cozy scarves and hats or Christmas arrangements.
