On November 22, Armenia marks the Day of the Birth of the AMD and the Day of the Banking Worker. On this day in 1993, the national currency was introduced into circulation in Armenia, and in 2003, on the decision of the government, the same day began to be considered a professional holiday for bank employees. On the Day of the Bank Employee, the Union of Armenian Banks and the Central Bank of Armenia congratulate bank employees.
