Law No. 139 of June 14, 2011, establishes May 24 as the National Day against Racism and All Forms of Discrimination in Bolivia.
As part of the implementation of this policy, the Plurinational State of Bolivia has approved Law No. 045 "Against Racism and All Forms of Discrimination". Likewise, the National Committee against Racism and all forms of Discrimination was established within the framework of Law No. 045, which is responsible for "promoting, designing and implementing comprehensive policies and regulations against Racism and all forms of Discrimination".
