Since 1992, the International Radio and Television Day for Children has been celebrated every year on the second Sunday of December. This year, as in previous years, this day will involve the participation of numerous media outlets throughout the country.
This UNICEF initiative launches the world's largest media campaign for children, resulting in a series of creative, colorful and innovative programs and an excellent opportunity for young people to express their vision of the world.
UNICEF is aware of the important role that the media has in its hands, since its task is fundamental for society to pay attention to the concerns and worries of children, placing children's rights in their rightful place.
