Benguet is most known for being the home of Baguio City, a top tourist destination that is also called the Summer Capital of the Philippines. You can hang out in Baguio tourist spots like Camp John Hay, Burnham Park, and The Mansion among many others.

Benguet is known for its rich mineral deposits. The copper and gold rich mountain of Cordillera has been the home of multi-national mining corporations.

Major crops produced which include potatoes, Baguio beans, peas, strawberries, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, sayote and carrots are shipped throughout the country. Horticulture and floriculture are practiced in the province. The province supplies flowers to the different parts of the country.
