On June 28, 2000, the Party Central Committee's Secretariat issued Directive No. 55-CT / TW on strengthening the leadership of Party committees at the grassroots level in the protection and care work, and educating children.
With the purpose of honoring the traditional cultural values of the Vietnamese family, Vietnam Family Day on June 28 has many beautiful high meanings and is very interested by the people.
The provincial leaders also called on local people to adopt civilised lifestyle and create cultural families that uphold traditional Vietnamese family values.
