St. Sarkis Day in Armenia
St. Sarkis Day in Armenia is held on January 31. Celebrate from January 18 to February 23. This is the Armenian version of Valentine's Day. On the day of the holiday in the Churches bearing the name of the holy commander Sarkis, a liturgy will be served, followed by a ceremony of blessing the young. This event in the third decade of the month January is annual.
