For many runners in Mainz, it is and remains the "home and yard run" par excellence: the lap along and across the Rhine and Main. Every year on St. John's Eve, the traditional Three Bridges Run turns the test course into a competition course.
The whole of Mainz will be celebrating. The popular Drei-Brücken-Lauf takes place every year. A popular event for all sports enthusiasts and spectators. Take part and run from Mainz along the banks of the Rhine, over to the other side of the Rhine to Kastel, through Kostheim to Gustavsburg and back across the Rhine to Mainz, over three beautiful bridges. The route is just over 8 km long and can be completed in one hour.
