Help us

One of the ways we show respect to others is by being courteous. Courtesy, in a sense, is like politeness. In your delivery of your message, you show respect for the receiver, you show that you have your opinion, but yet you have considered your receiver's viewpoints. Your receiver's viewpoints may or may not be the same as what you believe, but yet you show that you are non-bias. Courtesy is very important in life because when you are courteous people have a good impression of you and respect automatically follows, instead of hatred. Learning to have courtesy is a must for everyone who desires to make progress in life. Courtesy is a small investment that pays off well and big.
Characteristics that relate to courtesy like "sincerity," "respect," "dignity," and "being treated as a valued person," are best determined through the use of a validated survey tool that asks customers to determine whether, and to what degree, they feel these qualities were present.
