August 10 is the Patronal Feast in honor of San Lorenzo and anniversary of the founding of the city of Quiindy, where it takes place is the Temple of San Lorenzo. The festivities include Eucharistic celebration, and parade on the route Mariscal Lopez, with participation of students, farmers and ball manufacturers.Quiindy is a Paraguayan district of the Department of Paraguarí.
