Conservation Rangers are professionals dedicated to protecting the resources that make up the National Conservation Area System, from the North to Patagonia, in the nation's waters and even in Antarctica.
The origin of the date dates back to October 9, 1934, when Law No. 12,103 was passed, creating the former National Parks Directorate (now the National Parks Administration). The first two natural protected areas in Argentina were also created: Nahuel Huapi and Iguazú, with an incredible richness in biodiversity and very significant places for many Argentines. In honor of this important milestone, the National Park Ranger's Day is celebrated.
