As every year, Family Day in Hamburg takes place at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce building and in the courtyard of the city hall. It has been celebrated since 2003. Numerous institutions, initiatives and associations make life colorful for families in Hamburg through a wide range of offerings, and they traditionally celebrate this on Family Day.
A big children's and family celebration with games, entertainment and information about children and families: at many events families can get advice and support, education and childcare, games and sports as well as art and culture. Some 200 events will take place in more than 50 neighborhoods, bookstores, museums and sports clubs.
Children's theater performances, music, dance and acrobatics will also be great fun for kids and adults.
