German Diversity Day was first launched in 2012 by the Diversity Charter. The German Diversity Day, initiated by Charta der Vielfalt e.V., is a day of action in Germany. It aims to provide a platform that promotes diversity and inclusion in organizations.
For once, this does not refer to the diversity of living beings as a whole, which we are researching. It is based on the "Diversity Charter", the basic idea of which is diversity management among employees, i.e. the conviction that the diversity of employees serves the success of the organization.
