The Festival of Choirs is an annual music festival that takes place as part of the KLANGVOKAL Music Festival Dortmund. The event takes place in Dortmund's city center.
Participants: Over 130 choirs from all over the world take part.
Program: The festival presents a wide range of vocal music, from opera and classical vocal music to jazz, world music and pop.
Times: The festivities last from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Since 2009, choirs and vocal ensembles from the city and the surrounding area have been coming to the city to share their enthusiasm for choral music. They present their programs on numerous stages.
It's a great opportunity to enjoy the diversity of choral music and experience the lively atmosphere in Dortmund!
