The Seehasenfest in Friedrichshafen is an annual children's and local festival that has been held since 1949. On the Saturday of the festival weekend, the Seehas is retrieved from the depths of Lake Constance. This event is a reason to celebrate, especially for children and adults.
Festival mile & amusement park: The Seehasenfest offers around 130 stands in the amusement park at the rear harbor, at the arts and crafts market on Buchhornplatz and on the festival mile along the Uferstraße. It is one of the largest children's and local festivals in southern Germany.
Other activities: In addition to the Seehas rescue, there are sporting competitions, theater performances, the fisherman's stabbing and fireworks on the lakeside promenade.
The Seehasenfest is a colorful and cheerful event that brings the community together and creates a good atmosphere!
