Tech Student Day in Mexico

Students in Mexico have a special date to celebrate their work in Mexican society. Surely you remember the times in junior high school and high school when you would organize celebrations with your classmates for Student's Day, which is celebrated after Teacher's Day.

Student's Day is celebrated in different places around the world and on different dates. In Mexico, Student's Day is celebrated on three dates in the month of May: May 17, Technical Student's Day; May 23, University Student's Day; and May 28, High School Student's Day. The Day of the Higher Technical University Student (Técnico Superior Universitario) is commemorated on June 19 because it is the day on which the Technological Universities were created in Mexico.
