We understand that tapas are differential elements of Spanish gastronomy and society and, as such, we must put them in value within and beyond borders.
From the Taste Spain Association, which currently brings together 24 tourist destinations convinced that Spanish gastronomy is a tourist attraction of the first order, this year we celebrate the anniversary of the "World Tapas Day".
The survey conducted by Saborea España in May 2022 in which 633 catering establishments (bars, restaurants and cafes) and customers have participated shows the following data: 73.8% of foreign tourists value the tapa as a differentiating element of Spain.
