The National Awakening Party (in Indonesian, Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa), often abbreviated as PKB, is an Islamist political party in Indonesia. Founded in 1999 by the traditionalist branch of Indonesian Muslim society. It is described as a nationalist Muslim party, which promotes nationalist and inclusive principles and is based on pancasila doctrine.
In 2014, the party won 9.04% of the popular vote. It is currently led by Muhaimin Iskandar (2021).
In Indonesia, 20 May is National Awakening Day. It commemorates the founding of the first nationalist association in the Dutch East Indies.
