Surveillance and Private Security Day in Columbia

The Superintendence of Surveillance and Private Security, security companies and guilds of the sector celebrate on November 26 with cultural and protocol acts the "National Day of the Vigilante".

With the Law of the Vigilante, 1920 of 2018, November 26 was established as the National Day of Surveillance and Private Security. In order to highlight the importance that this sector represents in citizen security, the "National Day of the Vigilante" is celebrated on this date.

For this reason, an invitation is extended to all government entities, private companies, condominium administrators and citizens in general, to congratulate and exalt the security guards every November 26, "National Day of the Security Guard".
