The Kiliankirmes in Letmathe is a traditional inner-city fair in the Letmathe district of Iserlohn. It originally began as a "celebration at the end of the church consecration". Nowadays, numerous rides, fairground stalls and catering stands in the 1.5-kilometre-long alley of stalls invite young and old to enjoy the colorful fairground hustle and bustle. Around 200,000 visitors come to this festival every year.
This market offers a diverse range of local and regional vendors, including delicatessen, body care, creative products and culinary specialties.
