They purify the air! A new plant addition in your at-home office can make telecommuting less stressful. Indoor plants don't just look goodóthey can make us feel good, too.
Not only do indoor plants enhance the overall appearance of a space, but studies show they boost moods, increase creativity, reduce stress, and eliminate air pollutantsómaking for a healthier, happier you.
Houseplants are good for your health ó and not just for their visual beauty. Why? They essentially do the opposite of what we do when we breathe: release oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide. This not only freshens up the air, but also eliminates harmful toxins.
Growing scented flowering plants, such as Lilacs, Lavender or Jasmine, can help you improve your mood, sleep better, and ease other depression symptoms.
