Many western churches annually observe All Souls' Day on November 2 and many eastern churches celebrate it prior to Lent and the day before Pentecost. Since it’s a United States territory and the first American soil to welcome a new day, it has widely adopted the slogan of ‘Where’s America’s Day Begins”.
On November 2nd each year, the Island of Guam takes a day to remember those who have gone before us. It is a beautiful day when families and friends come to Guam Memorial Park to attend our All Souls' Day mass celebration and to spend the day remembering their loved ones.
