Help us

National Child and Youth Mental Health Day in Canada was started in 2007 by the Vancouver-based Institute of Families for Child & Youth Mental Health. It is intended to create awareness and acknowledgement of the thousands of children, youth, and families needing mental health support and care across Canada. May 7th is about building caring connections between young people and the caring adults in their lives. We know having caring, connected conversations can have a big impact on the mental health of children and youth.
