School Principals' Day

School Principals' Day is held on May 1. If you don’t have a good principal, you won’t have a good school. This event in the first decade of the month May is annual.

Principals and teachers must have an effective working relationship for a school to be successful. Principals were teachers and/or coaches themselves.

Principals get stressed out. They are usually adept at hiding the stress, but there are times when things build-up to the point where you can tell. Principals appreciate it when you tell us thank you. Principals welcome your feedback. Principals loathe those who appear to be slackers and refuse to put in the time necessary to be effective. Principals want every teacher and student to be successful.
